APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT, MAINTENANCE, AND SUPPORT; TECHNOLOGY UPGRADE, MIGRATION, AND TRANSFORMATION

Application Development is the development of new applications which may be mainframe, server, network-based, web-based, or a combination and may require interfaces to existing applications. Application Maintenance and Support includes troubleshooting, modifying, maintaining, improving security, and enhancing legacy systems and applications which may be running in a production environment.

Technology Upgrade/Migration may be required to increase business functionality, reengineer a business function, keep current with vendor upgrades or when upgrading existing technology. Technology Transformation may be accomplished by converting/migrating legacy applications to new technology either with or without new business functionality or it may include introducing new technology into the enterprise. Technology Upgrade/Migration may also include providing website content accessibility compliance.

IT ASSESSMENTS, PLANNING, INDEPENDENT VERIFICATION AND VALIDATION (IV &V)

Our services include IT effectiveness, maturity,    governance, and architecture. Strategic planning activities can include mission statement development, visioning and goals, objectives, and strategy development. Assessment of staff knowledge, skills, and abilities are covered with this service. We also perform strategic and tactical planning, organization change management, enterprise architecture, cloud assessments, and network performance assessments with this service.

Instructions for Obtaining Quotes and Placing Purchase Orders

To obtain a quote from RESPEC, please contact our sales representative (listed on our Contact Us page), with the authorized DBITS Statement of Work.  Once our representative receives and reviews the Statement of Work, he/she will contact you to discuss the project.  After RESPEC and the client agree that this is a project we can execute together, RESPEC will provide a timely quote.

For purchase orders,

  Generate a purchase order made payable to RESPEC and you must reference the DIR Contract Number DIR-CPO-4965 on your purchase order.

  E-mail or fax your purchase order and quote form to your designated vendor sales representative.
